This rope is used in all Get Roped.™ classes, from the Signature method to DanceRope.™.  and RopeTone.™ This is the 'perfect' rope for both fitness & freestyle. It is heavier than a speed rope but light enough to manipulate for freestyle skills at any level and endurance jumping.

Sizing: Comes with a 10 foot cord. Will fit anybody up to 6' 4" tall. Snap/lock system makes adjusting length incredibly easy. Simply slide the adjustable end to the desired length and trim off the excess cord with some scissors.
