Rachel is a former competitive figure skater with a love of fitness. While living in NYC, she worked for 15 years in the financial industry on a trading desk but felt her work lacked the passion she felt when she was active and training. She has trained in everything from running to swimming, biking, weight training, yoga, pilates, dance...you name it. However, she has found that jump rope training is the most efficient and effective form of exercise to target multiple muscles groups, simultaneously, in the least amount of time while increasing endurance, stamina, coordination, agility and heart health. And the best part...it's fun! With great music, Rachel brings a challenging, yet fun and encouraging energy to all her clients and classes.
