GET ROPED.® (Signature Class) Jump Rope Cardio, Strengthen & Tone
For all levels and first timers. This 45 minute class pairs basic jump rope skills and strength training, set to a rhythm-inspired playlist for a full body, high-intensity interval workout, using ONLY A JUMP ROPE!

We offer classes for every fitness level. Whether you have jumped before or never picked up a rope, you will be jumping by the end of class! You will build strength, endurance, quickness and agility while simultaneously toning multiple muscle groups. This musically inspired, encouraging, judgement-free environment will have you sweaty and smiling as you #GetROPED.
